I write novels with a cuisine theme that tell stories about later in life romance. Escape to exotic locations with my regular cast of mature characters that live the good life in Seattle, cook, dine and travel the world. Married and single, they are sophisticated and fun loving. The stories are feel-good and uplifting about friendships and lovers. Why cuisine? Food unites us and shows us our commonalities. Every book features an international cooking class that may only last a few hours but always reminds the characters how similar we all are around the world. Why later in life? Mature people have more to give to others and to enjoy. There is no age limit on loving, being in love and enjoying the sensual pleasures. Why travel? Travel broadens the mind and enriches us. Travel experiences enhance our days at home afterwards with new knowledge and feelings to think about and share with others.
