Kara Goodwin finds deep joy in her work as a spiritual guide, podcast host, and author. She is especially drawn to helping others awaken to their connection with a higher power and use that connection to find true fulfillment and purpose in their wild and precious lives. Kara sees how disconnection from our spiritual nature can leave us feeling unfulfilled and disconnected from the deeper meaning of life. Too often, the highest potential of our existence remains veiled—unseen and unlived. Her mission is to help lift that veil. After a successful corporate career and life-altering personal losses, Kara underwent a profound inner transformation that led her to the sacred path of healing, consciousness exploration, and divine connection. Her work is rooted in both the wisdom she has received from extraordinary teachers and her own direct communion with divine intelligence on the inner planes. She is the host of the Soul Elevation podcast, where she explores consciousness expanding topics such as ascension, energy healing, extraterrestrial wisdom, and multidimensional living with thought leaders from around the world. Kara also works more intimately with individuals through her Healing Hearth community, transformational courses, retreats, workshops, and one-on-one sessions, guiding people into deeper peace, clarity, and empowerment.
