Kaelan Strouse is a spiritual guide, author, and teacher dedicated to helping
others rediscover their Ecstatic Self—a life brimming with joy, authenticity, and
connection to the divine. Since 2008, Kaelan has guided individuals through
meditations, coaching, and transformative practices, blending ancient wisdom
with modern insights to inspire deep, soulful growth.

A seven-year residency in a meditative ashram shaped Kaelan's approach to
spiritual exploration, alongside his study of diverse traditions such as Tantra,
animism, and mystical Christianity. His books—Journey to the Ecstatic Self, I
Dreamt of Flight, and 48 Gateways to the Ecstatic Self—offer practical tools and
profound reflections for personal transformation. Through his teachings and
nearly a million followers online, Kaelan encourages seekers to embrace their
light, dance with their shadows, and embody the vastness of their being.

Kaelan lives in Washington, DC, with his husband, Anthony, their two dogs, one
cat, and more plants than he dares count. When not creating heartfelt content or
leading transformative retreats, you'll find him wandering through nature,
curled up with mystical books, or practicing rituals that connect the cosmos to
the everyday.
