Justin Hai is a serial entrepreneur, product designer, and innovator whose work spans wellness, biotech, and skincare. He co-founded Alastin Skincare (acquired by Galderma in 2022), GLO Pharmaceuticals, and Rebalance Health. His interest in hormone health—especially cortisol—was sparked by a desire to understand how modern stress impacts the body. That journey led to Rebalance, offering science-backed solutions to help people reclaim their health. When his wife faced a complex hormone condition conventional medicine couldn’t solve, the mission became deeply personal. Justin holds a degree in industrial design from RISD and an MBA from Pepperdine. He has contributed to NASA, presented cleantech to the Pentagon, and holds multiple U.S. patents. His innovations have been recognized by InStyle, Oprah, Best in Biz, and more. Today, through his ventures and writing, Justin helps others find clarity, calm, and lasting vitality.
