Juliette North grew up in Southern California, where she still lives with her husband and son Christian. As someone who struggled with her weight since childhood, she was driven to “crack the code” on achieving and maintaining optimal weight and health. After dedicated self study in nutrition and exercise physiology, Juliette went on to obtain her Bachelors in Nutrition. Her passion for helping other women reach their goals toward health, fitness, and self-esteem, led her to open a fitness studio in La Jolla, California. She’s been training women there for the past 11 years and continues to enjoy coaching them in nutrition, healthy living, and fitness programming. Her dream is now to expand her reach to women all over the world.
