Julia Hautz is a professor of strategic management at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. In her research, teaching, and work with companies, she focuses on strategy processes, Open Strategy, and the role of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in strategy. She is co-author of the book Open Strategy: Mastering Disruption from Outside the C-Suite. Her work has been published in the Harvard Business Review, the MIT Sloan Management Review, leading academic strategy journals and has been nominated for the Thinkers50 Strategy Award. She teaches strategy at all levels and is globally involved in consulting and coaching managers and organisations on strategy processes
