I’m insatiably curious and I write to learn. This has led to some very strange realms...rat infestations and the incredible importance of body hair...as well as the true meaning of success and failure, and a myriad of other topics. Of course, I've learned more about myself in writing these books and articles than I have about the world around me. Funny, I can say the same about my two PhDs, one in evolutionary biology from Oxford, and one in creativity, from Queen's. If I could live another 40 years, I'd do another doctorate - in archaeology. For now, I'll stick to writing books and online courses, attempting to share my enthusiasm for all things related to the quirks of humans. My latest work is more academic than not, though it has plenty of creative writing in it: "Key Concepts in Curriculum: Perspectives on the Fundamentals." For my next project, I'm excited to bring "Anxious and Hairy" to the world.
