Joshua Johnson was born in Washington state in 1980. He grew up participating in track and field, baseball, and basketball. After attending community college he joined the U.S. Air Force, where he served on Active and Reserve duty for over 10 years. A student of Sports and Health Sciences, he has studied nutrition, kinesiology, physiology and anatomy. He has studied and participated in physical training ranging from body weight training to bodybuilding, and HIIT training. He is married, and a father of one. Currently he resides in Texas, and works as a Senior Engineering Technician.
