Josh is a Partner at Innosight where he leads consulting engagements in numerous industries, specializing in healthcare and cleantech. Much of his work has focused on partnering with leadership teams to transform their organizations in response to disruptive change, with a focus on identifying high potential growth opportunities, accelerating the development of promising emerging technologies, and guiding the creation of new business models. Josh is an accomplished teacher and lecturer, having led dozens of client workshops and keynoted innovation conferences around the world. He is the co-author of the Harvard Business Review article “How to Jump-Start the Clean-Tech Economy,” and has contributed articles on strategy and innovation to Forbes.com, Environmental Leader, the Harvard Business Online blog network, and a textbook on business model change. Before joining Innosight in 2005, Josh served as a research analyst covering emerging technologies in the alternative energy, clean technology, and sustainable development sectors. He has also worked as a researcher/writer for Let’s Go Travel Guides and as a research assistant for a think tank focused on Middle Eastern history and politics. Josh holds an honors degree in English Literature from Harvard College.
