Josh Regan writes stories that refuse to stay in their lanes. From pulse-pounding thrillers and dark political conspiracies to historical adventures and post-apocalyptic survival, his novels explore ordinary people thrust into extraordinary circumstances—and the choices that define them.

A longtime high school basketball coach, educator, and public school board member in Virginia, Josh has spent decades witnessing human nature at its most inspiring, unpredictable, and occasionally terrifying. Those experiences shape his storytelling, where flawed heroes, impossible decisions, unexpected twists, and moral gray areas collide.

His novels include We Were Still Here, the opening installment of the post-apocalyptic All Four Saga; 13 Rules, the first book in the time-traveling Calder Crossings series; and Bloodroot, a chilling political conspiracy thriller that brings history's most notorious serial killers back to life.

Josh lives in Stafford, Virginia with his wife and teenage son. His older children all live in Stafford as well.
