Joseph A. Laydon Jr. was born in Pueblo, Colorado. At the completion of high school, he entered the US Army and serving in the Infantry with the 82nd Airborne out of Fort Bragg, NC. Four years later he left the US Army and re-entered the US Army more than a year later and volunteered and completed the US Army Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC) - Green Berets. The Special Forces brought opportunities of US deployments, overseas deployments, military schools, unique international opportunities, progressive rank & leadership challenges... He completed and retired from the US Army in September of 1994. In 1994, he founded and owns IRISAP (Intensive Research Information Services And Products). He offers international Survival Programs that cover in great detail international Wilderness Survival, Health Survival, Crime Survival and Money Survival. He owns websites and now offers his 20+ years of work in the form of 90+ Kindle E-Books and CreateSpace Paperback Books, 03 Survival Programs, Basic & Advanced Navigation Program and more.
