JOHN DANA CHISHOLM, CEO of San Francisco-based John Chisholm Ventures, has four decades of experience in Silicon Valley as entrepreneur, CEO, and investor. He founded online software companies Decisive Technology (now part of Google) and CustomerSat (now part of Confirmit). He has invested in dozens of privately held companies and mentored thousands of entrepreneurs on six continents. He a trustee of MIT and of the Santa Fe Institute, past president and chair of the worldwide MIT Alumni Association, and a contributor to Forbes. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is the author of Unleash Your Inner Company and of Integral: A Mathematical Odyssey. An avid mountain climber, he has summited Mounts Rainier, Shasta, St. Helens, and Whitney.
