As well as being an award-winning journalist Joe is also a best-selling author and editor, having edited New Body Plan, the Amazon best-selling guide to building a bigger, stronger and leaner body, and co-authored 12 Week Body Plan, which detailed how he built a cover model body in just three months to become the first staff member to appear on the cover of Men's Fitness magazine. His books have been translated into more than a dozen languages and syndicated globally, and his expertise is regularly sought by the national and international media.
