Joe Paranteau has spent his career at the forefront of some of the technology industry's most significant shifts. He spent twenty years at Microsoft, where he worked with customers adopting emerging technologies and platforms. During his career he personally closed billions in revenue before helping lead others to do the same. Raised in poverty as the first generation in his family to grow up outside Indian country, Joe enlisted in the U.S. Air Force at eighteen before beginning his career in technology sales. He started writing when Meniere's disease left him unsure how long he could keep selling. That hedge became Billion Dollar Sales Secrets, recipient of a 2022 Axiom Business Book Award. The lesson underneath it: the best hedge is the one you build before you need it. Joe has completed twenty-three professional selling and negotiation programs, and holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship.
