Joe Chianakas is a multi-time teacher-of-the-year winner. Inspiring students is his top passion. He's written multiple bestsellers and loves to entertain in various genres. Joe is the winner of the 2025 River City Arts and Entertainment Award! The award recognizes artists whose work uplifts and supports diversity in the arts and has made a meaningful impact on the LGBTQ+ community. His novel, Pride and Persistence (book two in the Unveiling Aiden Series), was also a finalist for young adult book-of-the-year at the Imaginarium Awards. Joe is a professor who teaches classes in communication and writing. When he's not teaching or writing, he's probably walking or playing with Bailey, his mini-Australian Shepherd and the best dog in the world. Chianakas is currently represented by Amy Brewer of Metamorphosis Literary Agency and has multiple publishing contracts with Roan and Weatherford.
