Jodi Hrbek has spent more than two decades at the intersection of sales and technology, helping organizations translate business needs into better Salesforce solutions.

Her career has spanned sales enablement, business development, technology delivery, four years working directly for Salesforce, an independent consulting practice, and leadership roles building and overseeing Salesforce teams for startups and enterprise organizations.

Jodi is the author of Rock Your Role as a Salesforce Admin: Create Value, Calm the Chaos, and Supercharge Your Salesforce Career, a practical guide to the part of the job technical training often leaves out: asking better questions, exercising judgment, communicating with stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and creating value without getting buried in the chaos.

Over the years, she has hired, led, trained, and mentored dozens of Salesforce professionals. Her mission is to empower Salesforce professionals to deliver the right and right-sized solutions through the art of asking.

Jodi is currently working on her next book, Stop Solving Too Soon: Uncover What Matters, Deliver Solutions That Land, planned for early 2027.
