Retired after many years of working and traveling for the airlines, author Joanne Patterson now spends her time with her three shelties and relaxing with her friends and family. She also enjoys writing and her first romance novel, Rebecca Steele Chasing a Dream was published in 2017. This manuscript, based on a true story, sat forgotten in a closet for over 40 years. Her second romance novel, Book 2 in REBECCA STEELE SERIES, Rebecca Steele Finding the Dream was released June 10, 2020. The third book in the trilogy, Rebecca Steele Living the Dream was published on December 3, 2021. She keeps in touch with family and people she has met over the years on social media. Although she has traveled to many places in her life, she prefers living in upstate New York USA where she enjoys the change of seasons and the beautiful countryside.
