Joanna Mazurkiewicz is a USA Today Bestselling Author with over 100 published books to her name. She began her writing career in 2013, inspired by her love for epic storytelling found in works like the Harry Potter series, "Gone with the Wind," "Animal Farm," and "The Doll." After graduating from Swansea University with a bachelor's degree in American Studies, Joanna made the bold decision to write fiction in English while studying in the UK. Her debut novel, "The Whispers of the Sprite," launched her prolific career over a decade ago. Among her extensive catalog, "Crown of Light and Ashes" stands out as a unique work inspired by the Turkish drama "Kara Sevda." Joanna lives in Sully, a picturesque small town in South Wales near Cardiff, with her husband Bruce and children Zosia and Alexander.
