Jill Ricci is an ordained minister—her second act career—and Director of Awakened To Life, a ministry of healing and personal growth she founded with her husband Dennis in 2011. Jill has served in a variety of prayer and prophetic ministries throughout her lifetime. She came to faith as a child in third grade, on her own as she recalled a Sunday school lesson, and has walked with the Lord ever since. The path of faith is a long-game journey; the seed was planted in her young heart and she has cultivated it with the help of the Lord all these years. High school educator was Jill’s first act, with two teaching assignments abroad—in Mexico and Denmark—sandwiched within thirty years of service in Los Angeles Unified School District as an English teacher and guidance counselor. International travel and photography are Jill’s personal passions. Her devotional series combines writing with God and photographic journaling to guide you into experiencing the Father’s heart through his Word and his creation.
