Jennifer Reuting is a serial-entrepreneur who founded her first company before the age of 18 and is one of the foremost experts on corporate structuring and Limited Liability Companies. She is the author of the best-selling Limited Liability Companies for Dummies and founder of MyLLC.com -- a company focused on offering affordable business entity solutions to service the needs of individuals, startups, and small businesses. Aside from her entrepreneurial pursuits, she co-founded CutiesForCanines.org, a non-profit that rescues dogs at risk of being euthanized in Los Angeles animal shelters and finds them homes. She lives in Los Angeles with her dogs Rocco and Audrey (Hepburn). Jennifer speaks regularly on television, in seminars, and at universities nationwide, addressing common business issues such as the formation and management of limited liability companies and corporations.
