Jennifer L. Oliver's life changed when she was just a young girl. After seeing Star Wars IV in the movie theater, she realized there were worlds beyond reality. Worlds which only existed in imaginations - and in books! Since those early years, Jennifer has been an avid reader and enjoys books that give her an entertaining and temporary escape from the ruckus of everyday life. She loves paranormal and supernatural stories. Anything with magic! Now, she hopes to bring the same enjoyment to others through her own work. Jennifer is the author of The Haedyn Chronicles, and other dark urban fantasy and paranormal thrillers. Her story ideas are influenced by talents such as Joss Whedon, Anne Rice, Jim Butcher, Kim Harrison, Charlaine Harris and more. She lives in North Carolina with her Siberian Retriever named Tucker, who loves to "talk," steals socks, and will do almost anything for a cookie.
