Jenni Miller works with leaders in large multinational companies to help transform company culture and create differentiated performance. Jenni has extensive experience in the talent and leadership development arena, working with multinational organizations around the world. She is fascinated by the people and organizations that make a great, lasting impact on the world and she is renowned for her unshakeable pragmatism and ability to create performance through people and teams. She has a post-graduate diploma in learning and development, is a certified NLP trainer and a certified coach (ICF ACC). She is also founding director at Management Dynamics and a team coach. Together with her business partner, Alison Grieve, Jenni has developed a blueprint for success that captures how the greatest leaders and teams think, act and communicate to overcome mediocrity and drive outstanding personal and organizational performance. Their findings are based on original research with hundreds of teams, and they frequently write and run webinars on leadership and teams based on their research and experi- ences. They regularly appear as guests on podcasts and webi- nars and won four awards in 2022, including the STEVIE’s Women in Business Award for Company of the Year.
