Jenifer DeBellis, MFA, is a speaker, PhD candidate, and an award-winning author. Warrior Sister, Cut Yourself Free (Library Tales Publishing) was winner of the 2024 Independent Author Awards in how to and International Impact Book Award in self-help. New Wilderness (Cornerstone Press) was winner of the 2024 Independent Author Awards in poetry and a finalist in the 2024 Eric Hoffer Book Award and 2023 International Book Awards. Blood Sisters (Main Street Rag) is her debut poetry collection. She's coauthor of the tell-all memoir, USA v Raj (MindStir Media), the movie for which is forthcoming summer 2026 from Bollywood Hollywood Production. She hosts the Restore Your Inner Warrior® podcast, edits Pink Panther Magazine, and directs the Detroit Writers’ Guild (501c3). She's featured in Psychology Today and her writing appears in CALYX, the Good Men Project, Medical Literary Messenger, and elsewhere. A former Meadow Brook Writing Project fellow, JDB facilitates summer workshops for Oakland University and teaches at Macomb Community College.
