Hello! I’m acclaimed children’s author, Jen Storer. I've written loads of books. I've also worked as an editor of children's books and in project management and creative development. Yep, I've had experience on both sides of the fence! I write chapter books, novels, and picture books too. I’m published by HarperCollins, and Penguin/Random House. My books are loved by thousands of kids (and adults). Many of my books have been commercially successful as well as critically acclaimed. My gothic fantasy, Tensy Farlow and the Home for Mislaid Children, was shortlisted for a string of awards including the CBCA Book of the Year and the Prime Minister's Literary Award. I'm also the CEO and Chief Inspirationalist at girlandduck.com where we produce weekly Creative Writing videos - Q & Q Friday (Questions and Quacks). In the videos I answer questions about writing for kids, the publishing industry, art and illustration, living a creative life. All sorts of deliciousness.
