Jean is a student of 12-step recovery and Ignatian Spirituality. Learning about the connections between Ignatian Spirituality (Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola) and her 12-step program was life changing. She hopes to introduce this generation to these life-giving tools. As someone touched by the disease of addiction and in recovery for the past 13 years, she loves helping people come out of isolation to find their own recovery. It is her goal to be a voice that helps eliminate the stigma that is associated with drug and alcohol addiction. She is a writer, blogger, a retreat leader and speaker.
