Jay Feitlinger is an entrepreneur, the founder and CEO of StringCan, and the author of two books written from the trenches of building businesses and families. Over the past 25 years, he has launched eight companies, had two successful exits, and helped hundreds of B2B leaders rewire the way their organizations grow. At StringCan, the agency he founded in 2010, Jay and his team partner with mid-market companies to align marketing, sales, and operations into one unified revenue system that delivers measurable growth. His latest book, Revenue Rewired, co-authored with StringCan COO Sarah Shepard, is a field guide for CEOs, CROs, and CMOs who are tired of finger-pointing between departments and want a proven system for accelerating revenue. The book introduces the five most common leaks costing companies growth, which are the Volume Trap, the Ghost Handoff, the CRM Swamp, the Metrics Misfire, and the Reactive Rhythm, and provides a system to identify and fix them. Drawing on years of real-world execution and lessons learned inside his own companies, Jay shows how to repair broken handoffs, close alignment gaps, and build a flow that drives sustainable growth. Jay’s first book, Family 2.0, came from a different but equally personal place. After building multiple companies, he realized that business frameworks could also strengthen family life. The book and retreat experience that grew from it have helped countless entrepreneurs bring the same level of intentionality to their homes that they demand in their businesses. Whether in the boardroom or at home, Jay’s mission is the same: eliminate friction, align what matters most, and create systems that allow both businesses and families to thrive.
