Jay Allen is a former Rapid Deployment Soldier within the British Army, who has gone on to become a 2 x Global Entrepreneur 'Big Impact to Business' Award Winner, Listed on the UK on the 'Clear Business Thinking, Entrepreneur. Having originally served Queen and Country for 12+ years, until a series of 'incidents' saw him medically discharged (Diagnosed with PTSD). However, rather than either 'give up' or allow this to define him. He has either bought, acquired or set up FOUR of his own businesses. Travelled the world as a motivational keynote speaker, and is the founder of My TrueNORTH, The Ethical Coaching Company - Home of the #ADDAZERO Business Challenge. Besides being an Author, Jay is a business mentor and helps challenge the status quo, that they can lead without limits. He is also the host of the #ADDAZERO Podcast and has made it the mission of his Ethical Coaching Company - My TrueNORTH to support 1,000,000 Business Owners to #ADDAZERO to their Personal Disposable Income.
