Hello, I’m Jason Walters, a yoga teacher and writer from California. Through years of teaching mindfulness and movement, I’ve learned that true change begins in the mind with the thoughts we practice daily. That insight led me to create the InnerScript Method™, a reading-based system that helps people retrain their thinking through emotion, repetition, and reflection. My goal is to make mental and emotional growth simple and rooted in real experience rather than abstract theory.
