Jason Lake was born in the late 1970s in Omaha, Nebraska, and grew up in Southern Colorado learning to live sustainably off the land. In the early 2000’s he left Colorado for a few years traveling the world including places like Japan, Australia, and South America all the while writing for blogs and DJ’ing in small clubs to make enough money to keep his travels going. Jason now lives back in Southern Colorado with his wife and daughters and lots of animals. When not writing, Jason likes to garden, hike, and produce electronic music.
