Jaran and his wife live by the idea “Why be inside when we can be outside?” They love to run, hike, walk, and camp with their yellow Labrador Retriever. Jaran played many sports over the years which has moved him to develop a passion for movement and awe of the body’s capabilities. That is why he has pursued a career as both a bodyworker, movement specialist and personal trainer. Having performed thousands of bodywork sessions and worked with athletes at all stages, he takes great pleasure in helping people to continue to do the activities they love to do for many years to come.
