EVOLVING MYSTERY CHRISTIAN ALLEGORICAL FICTION Janice R Hunt, Christian fiction author’s life has been spent in the shadows of the southern Appalchian mountains. She has enjoyed a loving childhood, although her mother was moderately dysfunctional, with self esteem issues. Her father proved to be her mother’s prince charming. Janice served as full time volunteer director of a local crisis pregnancy center for 6 years. She has served as a volunteer for the local hospital in the infusion center. Her hobby is propagating African Violets. In addition, she spent 15 years teaching private piano and music theory. Janice created an area-wide youth event to “combat” suicide. The event was carried out 3 times. As Executive Director for 2 companies, she managed all functions of 3 Assisted Living facilities, from financial controls, food service, maintenance, as well as the care and housekeeping for the residents. After 25 years in assisted living, she is now retired. Janice’s husband has served as pastor in Baptist Churches. He currently is serving as a bi-vocational pastor and owns and operates a Registered Brangus seedstock Bull Ranch, in North Georgia. Music speaks to her both on an intellectual level as well as social and spiritual levels. Janice’s family all play instruments and sing, and their gospel and bluegrass jamming sessions are a part of who they are. Her paradigm for all of life is the Word of God and how the grace of God flavors one’s past, present and future. Her ambition is to be obedient to His teaching and love everyone with the Love of God. That includes her marriage and the rearing of her 3 sons—who are now grown with families who are all serving in ministry. Her education from Shorter University includes a Bachelor of Church Music, with a major as Minister of Music in piano. Janice’s passion is for people to see God’s glory as he passes before them.
