Janice Levy is the award-winning author of twenty children's books. Her childhood dream was to play centerfield for the New York Yankees, but while she waits for the call, she's busy writing more books! Her work has been translated into Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and Italian. Her stories are both fun and educational, making children laugh and think. They are featured in reading programs, classroom coursework and used by mental health professionals and social workers. Janice teaches at Hofstra University, writes adult fiction for literary magazines and anthologies and has won several national writing contests.
