Jan is a US Army veteran (serving during the Vietnam era), a self taught journalist, political columnist, former talk radio personality with his program "Upfront and Outspoken" heard around the world and author. He has also appeared as a guest on "The Ed Tyll Show" and "The X-Zone" hosted by Rob McConnell Being a skeptic about many issues he gained the reputation as being a "pit bull" because he asks the hard questions and won't take no or "no comment" for an answer. In his political books as well as his latest venture, "A Skeptic Asks: Are UFOs real", he digs deep into government files, congressional hearing testimony and gives his personal opinion in a easy to understand fashion. Jan enjoys writing, fishing and living the quiet life in Oklahoma with his wife.
