Jim is an award-winning collaborator, editor, and author who enjoys helping others develop their voice and message. He has worked with bestselling authors, public figures, and ministry leaders including Max Lucado, George Foreman, Kathy Ireland, Randy Alcorn, Jim Daly, Dr. James and Shirley Dobson, Dennis and Barbary Rainey, Bruce Olson, Kim Meeder, and Shaunti Feldhahn. Other notable projects include books with Taliban kidnap victim Dr. Dilip Joseph, NFL Hall of Famers Tim Brown and Bruce Matthews, Pearl Harbor survivor Jim Downing, and pastor and Grammy-nominated vocalist Wintley Phipps. A former Multnomah Publishers editor and newspaper journalist, Jim has collaborated on more than thirty books, with sales exceeding three million copies. Three of his projects have earned the Christian Book Award (formerly Gold Medallion Award) from the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association. Jim lives with his family in Central Oregon, where he enjoys music, hiking, and baseball.
