Jacob Rothenberg is a powerlifter with current best lifts of a 633 lb. squat, 418 lb. bench, and 633 lb. deadlift in the 242 lb. weight division. Having started from very humble beginnings of totaling 1,000 lbs in his first powerlifting meet, Jacob has dedicated over 8 years towards competitive powerlifting & learning from the best coaches in the world about the "conjugate" training system. He hopes to achieve further success on the platform while also enabling newer lifters towards reaching their fullest potential by means of sharing information & knowledge through his written works. Outside of powerlifting, Jacob works as an international sales manager for a construction & mechanical supply company in the California Bay Area. Having started college at the age of 11, he graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Arts at 16 years old and completed his MBA at the age of 23. His interests include reading, traveling to new destinations, learning different cultures and trying local cuisine.
