Jack C. Swift is a CEO, founder, board member, and leadership advisor at the frontier of Human+Machine leadership—helping executives transform how they lead, decide, and build organizations in the Age of AI. He is the author of Level 7 Leadership: The Blueprint for the Human+Machine Era—a new operating system for CEOs, Chief People Officers, and founders who recognize that traditional leadership models were built for a world that no longer exists. Over two decades, Jack has led and built companies across AI, fintech, and financial services, including co-founding Pacific Current Group and serving as CEO of TIFIN, an AI-native platform backed by global institutions. He has advised AI-driven companies, including Vantage Discovery (acquired by Shopify) and Brightwave, and serves on the boards of Bow River Capital and Lockton Companies—bringing operating experience at every stage from startup to enterprise. A West Point graduate, Jack built his leadership foundation in environments where decision-making under pressure, trust, and clarity of mission were non-negotiable. That foundation now informs a leadership philosophy built for the most disruptive era in business history. His focus: helping CEOs and people leaders move from control to coherence—integrating AI into organizational decision-making, accelerating adaptive leadership capabilities, and building companies that can outpace change rather than react to it. He is the cofounder of Sangha, a leadership collective focused on presence and inner development—because sustainable high performance begins within. Jack is based in Boulder, Colorado.
