Jack C. Swift is a founder, CEO, board member, and leadership advisor working at the intersection of human performance, systems thinking, and artificial intelligence. Over more than two decades, he has built and led companies across finance, technology, and AI—cofounding Pacific Current Group, a global multi-boutique asset manager, and later serving as CEO of TIFIN, an AI-native fintech platform backed by leading financial institutions. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger, Jack’s leadership foundation was forged in environments where clarity, trust, and decision-making under pressure determine outcomes. His work today focuses on helping founders and executives lead Human+Machine teams amid accelerating complexity and change. Jack is also the cofounder of Sangha, a relationship-first leadership collective centered on embodied presence and inner development. He lives in Boulder, Colorado.
