Jack Billups Author and Illustrator Jack Billups is an accomplished author and illustrator of three 5-star books. His first book, a memoir of his tour in Vietnam as an Infantry M60 machine gunner. Sgt. Billups was awarded the Bronze Star with the V attachment and the Air Medal. Jack’s second and third books are 5-star illustrated Christian fiction. Additionally, Jack created and published twelve illustrated Evangelical Tracts. A Businessman, Billups owned a masonry construction business in San Diego, then a tool distribution business in Phoenix. An independent soul, to say the least! Retired, Jack and his wife live peacefully in Northern Arizona overlooking the scenic purple mountain ranges surrounding their home. They enjoy improving what they jokingly refer to as the BBB: “Billups Bed & Breakfast.” Their home often becomes a vacation center for their children and grandchildren, this being the icing on the cake for an older couple in love.
