Our books are written by a mother/daughter combo. Primarily, Catherine King is in charge of the actual writing of the books and a great deal of the editing, while Joanna King plays an integral part in the editing, illustrating and overall planning of each novel. She is the one I always go to when I need to bounce off ideas regarding the plot twists, character arches and changes to the overall progression of the books. Joanna holds a degree in Graphic design from Bob Jones University, and her talents have made this book beautiful. Her witty humor can be seen throughout the book in some very memorable lines and her overall focus throughout the writing process has been in keeping the characters true to their bios as I write. Catherine has edited books for other authors over the years, as well as passes her days teaching creative writing and literature to students online. When creating our books our primary focus is to be clean, discreet, but also to create characters that are real enough that you become invested in their lives and outcome. In essence, if you become emotionally attached to one of them, we did our job correctly.
