Pastor J.E. Charles is the overseer of the Dunamis Christian Community Center a.k.a. Upper Room Fire Prayer Ministries a non-denominational, spirit-led multi-cultural Christian organization, preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Gifted with a strong apostolic call, he is a man of prayer and passionate to pray for many with the mandate to heal the sick, bind the brokenhearted, and liberate all those oppressed.
