Dr. Isabelle Vladoiu is an award-winning international human rights law specialist, global security expert, and founder of the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR). With over a decade of impact, she has trained more than 20,000 individuals worldwide—ranging from diplomats and government officials to nonprofit leaders and educators—in human rights, human trafficking prevention, and international protocol.
