Howard Casanova is my pen name. I am pleased to announce my second book, "HOW I FIXED MY SOFT ERECTIONS..." a quick easy technique I successfully use to fix my embarrassing E.D. moments. I wanted to share this with the scores of other men who suffer with this condition. Available on AMAZON in print and e-book. My first book, “BEYOND AA”, is my story of how I got into “AA”, what I experienced during the 25+ years I followed “the program”, when I began to question whether it was still working for me, and why I ultimately chose to leave. If you believe what "the program" teaches, I shouldn’t have left, but I did! The book follows me through the program, but the real story actually began many years before. The oldest of four siblings growing up on the East Side of St. Paul – a very active (some would say, overactive) young boy who was clearly misunderstood at home and in school til one summer when I found myself in a situation that no young boy (or girl) should find themselves in (and nobody to talk to about it). Thus began a pattern of destructive behavior and self-abuse of drugs and alcohol and, eventually, intervention. After much self-work, began the AA phase of my life where I found peace of mind until one day this, too, ended. Would I fall back on past destructive behaviors and abuses? Did I survive? Did I thrive? What valuable lessons did I learn about myself in the process? The answers to these and other questions are all in the book. Available on AMAZON in print, e-book and Audible.
