Hitomi Rosner is a certified spiritual life coach, hula practitioner, and author. After leaving a marriage marked by narcissistic abuse, she committed to a rigorous recovery of individual therapy, group sessions, and psychiatric care. Step by step, she rebuilt her self-trust, her boundaries, and a calm nervous system.

In those group sessions, Hitomi met many men and women who had been wounded deeply by the people who claimed to love them. Listening to their stories, she saw the same pattern again and again: empaths and sensitive souls feel a strong pull toward narcissists. Their kindness, their listening, and their wish to heal others make them easy to hurt and hard to release. That pattern is the heart of her book Empath vs Narcissist DECODED, written to help kind souls see the dynamic clearly and step out of it.

Along her own healing path, an unexpected teacher helped her most: Samson, her partner’s cat. Watching him, Hitomi saw the Zen that every cat lives by. Cats rest when they are tired, keep their space without apology, and stay at peace in the present moment. That insight became her recent book, Zen and the Art of the Cat.

With over two decades of experience in Hawaiian cultural practices, Hitomi also brings the grounding rhythm of hula into her work, honoring the culture with humility and respect. Her book Hula is Healing shares how that rhythm helped steady her body and heart. Years of Mana Card sessions and spiritual life coaching deepened what she had seen: healing needs show up in many phases and dimensions of life, and no one should have to find the way alone. Through her books, she hopes to reach these kind souls, help them spot toxic patterns, protect their energy, and spread their wings freely, returning again and again to their inner light.
