Hether Flanigan is a healthy mom, stroke survivor and author from Houston, Texas. At 47, a birth control pill caused a massive stroke that required a craniectomy and left her with left side hemiparesis. She wrote her memoir, Stroke of Love, in three months, one handed with her nondominant right hand, started CrossFit 18 months post stroke & partial skull removal. She walks, works out daily, and still cannot use her dominant left arm& hand. She's available for virtual or in person interviews, podcasts, and book clubs.
