Henrik is what we call a fitness freak who comes up with tiresome exercises and has dedicated most of his life to working out. According to him, fitness is a lifestyle that should be adopted by everyone and considers gluttony and sloth to be the highest levels of sins. He has gyms all over Texas where he trains men to buff up their bodies, lose weight, put on muscle, burn fat, and other things that come under bodybuilding. He has also made a few appearances in shows like WWE, given his buff figure.
