Heidi McCrary is a Michigan-based novelist and writer with a passion for telling stories about the enduring and complicated bonds of female friendships. A lifelong West Michigan resident, Heidi has spent her career immersed in the media world, including many years at the local CBS TV affiliate.

Her newest novel, I’M YOUR PERSON explores the complexities of the bond women can share when betrayal rocks the foundation. I’M YOUR PERSON releases January 28, 2027, following her debut novel, CHASING NORTH STAR. Heidi is already at work on her next novel, continuing character-driven stories rooted in authentic relationships, and set along the West Michigan shoreline, the place she knows best.
