A bicycle industry advocate, business developer, columnist, and athlete she shares her knowledge, insight and passion with everyone she meets. Heather hails from a small town in upstate NY. She has garnered much acclaim for her industry work in supporting the independent bicycle retailer via podcast work and monthly columns within Bicycle Retailer News.
