Heath Gascoigne, MBA, is an internationally recognised Business Transformation Architect, six-time international bestselling author of The Business Transformation Playbook®, creator of the HOBA® (House of Business Architecture®) Agile Business Transformation Framework, and Founder and CEO of HOBA TECH, a global business transformation consultancy, training and technology company.

With over 20 years of international experience across the UK, USA, UAE, Australia and New Zealand, Heath has led and advised on complex business transformation programmes across the public and private sectors, helping organisations translate business strategy into operating models, measurable outcomes and sustainable business improvements.

Heath is a Business Transformator® — part Strategist, part Designer, part Collaborator and part Negotiator. He developed the HOBA® Framework in response to the persistently high failure rates of business transformation initiatives and his firsthand experience rescuing programmes where technology-led approaches had failed to deliver the intended business outcomes.
