From a childhood spent exploring the freedom and adventure of farm life, I experienced a gradual loss of self through life's challenges. But after years of navigating ups and downs, I rediscovered my authentic self, anchoring myself to nature, family, spirituality, wholeness, and simplicity. My passion for health and fitness stems from my own journey through illness, including cancer and abusive relationships. Having embraced change and survived, I now empower others to reclaim their health and lifestyle, regardless of their past.

I guide women facing chronic illness, disease, or emotional abuse towards a fulfilling next chapter using a holistic approach. If you're seeking to regain control of your schedule, health, and emotional well-being after a traumatic health experience, I offer practical, personalized solutions for your daily life. Together, we'll build organizational skills and cultivate positive emotional health, paving the way for a future of abundance and well-being.
