Habib Khan, MD, is a neurologist and sleep medicine specialist based in Casa Grande, Arizona, where he leads the Arizona Institute of Neurology & Polysomnography. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has earned a strong reputation for his expertise in treating conditions like sleep disorders, chronic pain, and balance issues, and for his compassionate, personal approach to care.

Driven by a lifelong passion to help others, Dr. Khan trained in neurology and internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, followed by a fellowship in sleep medicine at SUNY Stony Brook. He also pursued additional training in age management medicine, allowing him to focus on prevention and long-term wellness.

His health philosophy centers on proactive care, helping people make smarter lifestyle choices before illness begins. His book, “An Ounce of Prevention,” reflects this approach, offering practical, relatable guidance to improve everyday health.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Khan founded the DIL Foundation, a nonprofit that provides affordable healthcare, lifestyle education, and entrepreneurial training. Originally envisioned as a free clinic, the foundation has grown into a broader effort to address preventable illnesses in underserved communities.

He has held leadership roles such as President of the Arizona chapter of APPNA (2014–2016) and was appointed to the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (2015–2017). A lifelong learner and contributor, Dr. Khan is a writer and poet who uses storytelling to connect, educate, and inspire.
