H. James Wilson is Managing Director of Information Technology and Business Research at Accenture Research. He is co-author of HUMAN + MACHINE: Reimagining Work in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, a management guide to Artificial Intelligence, was published by Harvard Business Review Press in March 2018. Prior to joining Accenture, he led research and innovation programs at Babson Executive Education and at Bain & Company. Author of The New Entrepreneurial Leader, and a long-time contributor to Harvard Business Review and The Wall Street Journal, Wilson researches the impact of emerging technologies on worker and organizational performance. He holds a BA from College of the Holy Cross and a MA from Boston College. He is based in San Francisco.
